G. Hadjipetrou: We will appeal to the ECtHR for the cuts

PASYDY is examining the possibility of appealing to the ECtHR, following the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the cuts in salaries and pensions in the public sector.

Speaking at the 57th Annual Conference of PASYDY Representatives, the General Secretary of the Organization, Glafkos Hadjipetrou, stated that the possibility of appealing to the European Court of Human Rights is being studied, noting that “appeal is the only solution”.

The budgetary impact, in case of justification of the civil servants, reaches € 850 million.
