French Ministry of Health called drugs that you absolutely can not drink with Coronavirus

Anti-inflammatory drugs can only aggravate the disease, said French Health Minister Olivier Veran, who is a qualified doctor and neurologist.

“Taking anti-inflammatory drugs [ibuprofen, cortisone …] may be a factor in exacerbating the infection. In case of fever, take paracetamol. If you are already taking anti-inflammatory drugs, you should consult your doctor regarding their further use. ”

Representatives of health authorities note that anti-inflammatory drugs are known to pose a risk to people with infectious diseases, since they tend to reduce the response of the body’s immune system. Therefore, doctors are encouraged to take paracetamol, which lowers the temperature without counteracting inflammation.

The number of cases of coronavirus in France increased by 800 in 24 hours: from 3661 confirmed cases, 79 fatal, 154 people are in intensive care.

Veran said in his daily briefing that the development and spread of the virus was “fast and real,” but 98% of those who had a positive result recovered. All attractions are closed, including the Eiffel Tower, the Palace of Versailles, the Louvre, the Orsay Museum and the Center Pompidou. The Archbishop of Paris also announced the closure of churches for Sunday masses.

Schools are closed, but tuition will continue remotely via the Internet.

The governments of all countries urge to be extremely responsible and comply with all prescribed requirements!
